For those of you who didn’t make it down to the bottom of the Wonderland one-sheet, you missed some Matthew Collings news. Namely that his “debut full-length album, ‘Splintered Instruments’, produced by Bedroom Community’s Ben Frost, and recorded at Reykjavik’s famed Greenhouse Studios, will be released in 2012 on Bristol’s Fluid Audio.”
Fluid Audio is responsible for releasing, among other titles, Field Rotation’s 2011 meta-masterpiece Acoustic Tales. So if
you’re saying that you can’t wait, you’re in good company. Until the day comes, read some of Collings’ production notes here.
