It’s been quite some time since we interviewed, saw Sea Wolf live or even heard anything new out of Alex Church. The email that I got yesterday states that all that is about to change though. On September 11th Sea Wolf will release their 3rd studio album called Old World Romance on Dangerbird Records. You can listen to the first track and lead-off single now. “Old Friend” is a straight forward track that confirms the fact that Alex Church did most of the recording at his home studio in Los Angeles. The basis of the song is fairly simple and the opening of the track is misleading in its plainness until the chorus kicks in at 1:07 at which point the track finds its footing.
