mp3 Andrew Bird – “The Crown Salesman”

“The Crown Salesman” is not a track that you’ll find on Andrew Bird’s upcoming release, it’s not even an Adrew Bird original. The track will appear on the Break It Yourself EP which will feature a cover of the Alpha Consumer track from their album Kick Drugs Out of America. Two of the band members also just so happen to be part of Bird’s back up band. The b-side for the EP will also be a cover but of The Handsome Family track “So Much Wine”.

Bird’s cover of “The Crown Salesman” is almost twice the length of the original and adds quite a bit of noise into the mix.

Break It Yourself is out March 3rd via Mom + Pop.
