Cold War Kids – "Royal Blue"

A brand new song from the upcoming Cold War Kids album, Mine Is Yours, was given exclusively to Rolling Stone to stream on their website. And like most things that end up on the internet, it didn’t stay exclusive for long before someone snagged it up and put it on YouTube. No telling how long it will be up there so if it does get taken down just head over to Rolling Stone to treat your ears to the new tune.

The song is being called “anthemic”, not sure if I totally agree with that statement yet, maybe after a few more listens. The track does have a killer groove to it that is undeniable. But anthemic?
