Chief is one of the newest bands to sign to Domino Records and are set to release their debut EP as well as debut LP within the next 3 months. First, the 3-track EP will be released on June 22 with a title of Night & Day (you can listen to the EP here) with the full LP, Modern Rituals, following shortly behind with a release on August 17.
For a release that is so close to being out there isn’t a whole lot of information that I’ve been able to find. No track list, album covers or first single. I believe that “Night & Day will be on Modern Rituals but I can’t be for sure.
There use to be a great video for the track “Nice People” floating around out there in cyberspace but now everywhere I look it has been taken down. Maybe it leaked early but either way it’s another great track.
