MTV Removes "Music" From Logo

by Patrick
MTV has finally dropped the façade and faced reality, they’ve removed “Music” from their logo. This change really comes as no surprise to anyone as it seems the only time that a person can hear music on MTV anymore is during the intro to their latest reality show, which always features over privileged “attractive” people complaining about how hard their life is.

MTV head of marketing, Tina Exarhos, commented that the change has been on the table for quite some time and said “It felt like, ‘Why have we been so scared when the channel itself has evolved so much over the years?’”

Evolution isn’t always good.
