Midlake is set to release their sophomore album The Courage of Others one week from today. But of course NPR has the latest scoop with a stream of the whole album. I’ve listened to it a number of times and while it doesn’t contain any bells and whistles it is still one of the best albums that I’ve heard all year, as early a year as it may be.
