New Music Tuesday

NMT

Co-blogger has this expression he unpacks from time to time: “do I have to turn in my indie music blogging license if I admit that quack quack quack honk honk honk?”

My response is usually something like this: “the Muse isn’t an indie music blog. It’s a music blog. To wit, posts about Adam Lambert and noise rock and radio stations that don’t suck and the late, great Michael Jackson. So, you see? It’s not an indie music blog. It’s a music blog.”

A new release today begs the question: “do I have to turn in my indie music blogging license if I admit that I’ve never heard of The Hidden Cameras before?”

The new album is titled Origin:Orphan, and I feel very, very late to the party.
