Coldplay vs. Satriani, Case Closed

hitandrunColdplay has two of three lawsuits settled for their supposed plagiarism of the tune used in “Viva la Vida”. First Creaky Boards got all the publicity that they were seeking and retracted their claim and now Judge Dean D. Pregerson dismissed Satriani’s Copyright Infringement case “upon stipulation” which apparently means that there was an undisclosed agreement made between the two parties. Now all Martin and the boys have to do is go have tea with Cat Stephens and everything will be settled.
