I haven’t been this obsessed about an album probably since Offspring’s Ignition in 1992. I have been spinning Swoon on a regular basis for a month and have loved it more and more with each consecutive listen. Because of that I also keep my ear to the ground for any sessions that they might be doing for blogs and what not. So with my ear to the ground I found this session that they did for AOL Spinner in March. The group performs “Panic Switch”, “The Royal We”, “Sort Of” and “Growing Old is Getting Old” off their latest release and Brian Aubert does a short Q&A session as well. I must say that the performance is pretty true to the recording which I find very impressive considering how difficult the vocals can be at times.
