Jack White – Come On Another One?

What does Jack White do when he gets bored? He forms another band of course called The Dead Weather. Some are calling this his “super group” as it has Alison Mosshart of U.K. outfit The Kills on lead vocals, guitarist Dean Fertita of Queens of the Stone Age (an odd choice I thought); and bass player Jack Lawrence, one of White’s fellow Raconteurs.

The band was officially announced last night at a private, invitation-only concert in Nashville with a 20 minute set at the headquarters for White’s new label Third Man Records. The first album for White’s side-side project, Horehound, is due to drop in June. But here is the video for the first single “Hang You From the Heavens”.
